Obama created U.S. biolabs for gain-of-function research on deadly pathogens worldwide, especially in Ukraine, funded by taxpayers, aka USAID.

After the 2001 bioweapons ban and anthrax attacks, Fauci restarted the bioweapons race under vaccine pretenses. In 2014, Obama moved Fauci’s research offshore after 250+ scientists begged for a shutdown.

Trump halted gain-of-function research in the U.S. and abroad. Tulsi Gabbard exposed the labs in 2022, with proof of 120+ biolabs in 30+ countries, 40+ in Ukraine, which traces right back to Obama and Fauci.
